This Subscription Agreement defines the service rules, subscription specifications, user privileges and usage standards for all paid subscription services provided by Scelis. Scelis is a professional background replacement and AI video creation application that provides users with convenient intelligent image and video creation services. All creation processes are completed locally on user devices to ensure safe and private personal creative experiences. Scelis does not require any account registration, login authentication, real-name verification or personal identity binding of any kind, supporting completely anonymous and private usage for all users. Scelis exclusively relies on fully self-developed Scelis AI service and local rendering architecture to complete all image analysis, background segmentation, background replacement, color tone adjustment, picture optimization and image-to-video dynamic generation processes. The application does not invoke, access, rely on or cooperate with any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud servers, external technical interfaces, third-party rendering engines or third-party data processing services. Scelis will never upload, transmit, synchronize, share, forward or externally store any user original photos, uploaded image materials, personalized style parameter settings, temporary AI rendering cache files, generated pictures and video works to any third-party institutions, service providers, public network platforms and remote servers. Scelis adheres to the highest-level privacy protection standards and implements a permanent zero-collection policy for all user facial information and biometric data. Scelis will never collect, scan, identify, extract, analyze, record or store user facial features, facial biometric templates, portrait recognition data, facial contour information, self-portrait data and any other personal biological identifiers. The app will never use facial data for user identification, feature matching, portrait profiling, advertising analysis and AI model training, and does not integrate any third-party face detection and biometric analysis tools. By purchasing and using any Scelis subscription service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
All Scelis subscription services are only available for users who are eighteen years of age or older. Only adult users who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective regions are eligible to purchase and activate subscription plans and enjoy exclusive subscription benefits. Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing and using any paid subscription services of Scelis. Any subscription behavior initiated by minors will be invalid, and all related responsibilities shall be borne by the operator. We reserve the right to terminate subscription qualifications for underage usage.
Scelis provides four types of official auto-renewable subscription plans with different cycles to meet users' diverse usage needs. All subscription plans adopt an auto-renewal mechanism by default to ensure continuous valid service privileges during the subscription period. All subscription fees are clearly displayed on the in-app subscription page before payment, and specific prices are subject to real-time display in the app and Apple App Store rules. All subscription payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Users can restore valid subscription permissions via the Restore Purchases function in the app. Scelis does not collect or transmit any user payment information, transaction records and subscription data to any third-party platforms or institutions.
All Scelis subscription plans include unified fixed exclusive benefits. No additional style unlocking, template access or functional unlocking rights are included in any subscription package. During the valid subscription period, subscribed users can enjoy the following three exclusive privileges for personal non-commercial use:
All subscription benefits are realized based on Scelis's self-developed AI service and local device operation logic, without any third-party technical participation and external data transmission. All user subscription records, coin assets and creative content are only stored locally on the user's device. After the subscription expires or auto-renewal is cancelled, exclusive subscription benefits will cease to take effect, while locally saved works and unused coins will be permanently retained.
All subscription plans are auto-renewable by default. The system will automatically complete fee deduction and subscription renewal at the end of each valid cycle, unless users actively cancel the auto-renewal function at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires. Users can check subscription status, valid period and manage renewal settings through their Apple ID account settings.
After canceling auto-renewal, the current subscription benefits remain valid until the end of the current service cycle. No partial refund will be provided for unused subscription time. Expired subscriptions will not be automatically renewed without user's re-purchase operation.
All subscription privileges are only applicable to users' personal non-commercial creative use. Users are prohibited from reselling, renting, sharing or commercially utilizing subscription qualifications and exclusive benefits. Any abnormal technical operations to obtain subscription privileges are strictly forbidden.
Scelis does not monitor users' local creative content and subscription usage records, and never transmits any user data to third-party platforms. We reserve the right to terminate subscription privileges if users violate relevant usage rules.
All subscription services run based on Scelis's independent self-developed AI technology and local operation mechanism. No third-party services, external computing resources or data processing tools are involved in the provision of subscription benefits. Scelis does not collect any facial information, biometric data, personal identity information and subscription logs of subscribed users. All subscription activation and benefit usage behaviors are anonymous, and all private data is completely controlled by users themselves.
We reserve the right to optimize and adjust this Subscription Agreement according to product iteration needs. Updated terms will be displayed in the app settings and take effect immediately. Continued use of subscription services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. All updates will not change Scelis's core privacy protection commitments and independent AI service operation rules.
